About Me​

​

Over my career, I have realised that everyone has the potential to achieve great things under the right circumstances and deserves the opportunity to achieve meaningful transformation in their lives. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

​

I have encountered a vast range of challenges and changes with nearly 20 years of experience across a broad spectrum of organisations including Deloitte, Culture Amp, Open Text, Accenture, Synthesia and Vendr. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the business world as an individual contributor and in leadership roles. I bring a wealth of experience from various go-to-market roles, having navigated diverse challenges and successes. My journey has included multiple promotions, involvement in funding rounds, acquisitions, layoffs, burnout, and constant change—each experience offering valuable lessons.

I have been disregarded at times and other times I have thrived when I've been believed in. Let me be the one to believe in you.​

Working Together 

 

I keep it simple.

 

I ask a few open-ended and non-leading questions, phrased in simple terms. 

​

My approach is client-centric.

 

I will not just look at your goals or remain on the surface. I will coach you in respect of who you are in your entirety as a human.  Your strengths, values, desires and fears are useful data. Who you are outside of work should not be ignored. It's deeply relevant.

 

I am empathetic.

 

I start by creating a psychologically safe environment for you to explore anything and everything that comes up in a session. Active listening and asking insightful questions are the key and I use my Clifton Strengths – Empathy, Context, Strategic, Restorative and Futuristic in order to ensure you are fully seen and heard. This will help drive the most important thing in this process that will in turn drive your success – self-awareness.

 

I am solutions-focused.

 

I will always aim to uncover “so what?” and “what next?” so that you are driving forward in the pursuit of meaningful change. You can expect to be challenged (gently), have my observations shared in an unbiased way and to be your accountability partner.

 

I am tool-agnostic.

 

Coaching often involves the use of tools in order to create structured ways of evoking awareness and facilitating growth. Whilst I am knowledgeable about various tools such as GROW, I will only draw up on these when necessary. This helps to keep you in the driving seat of the coaching rather than feel you are being upsold into an additional product and having coaching inflicted on you.

Unlike Others

I won't try to sell you my course.

I won't brag about having a big book of business that turns out to be comprised of mostly other coaches.

I won't be spamming you with cheesy selfies on LinkedIn with vacuous platitudes about work-life balance.

I won't avoid the hard stuff; I'm here to ask the hard questions and help you tackle real challenges.​​
